2) How can I obtain the Application Form?
The Application Form could be obtained in these ways:
- a. In person - The Application Form can be obtained from our Education Relations Unit (ERU) office, or from any of our education counsellor (marketing staff) and our Registrar's office. Please drop by during office hours to meet our friendly staff.
- b. By email/WhatsApp – A request for the form via email could be done through our UCSF email address which is available on our Website, Facebook page, Instagram or you can also WhatsApp to our ERU office/staff for sending you the form.
- c. Via Internet - You may also download the Application Form from our UCSF’s website.
- d. Apply Online - Applying online via UCSF's website is also available.

3) What documents are required for application?
Completed application form must be submitted together with the following documents:
- a. Certified true copy of the actual SPM/Other equivalent result;
- b. Certified true copy of the actual STPM/A-Level/Foundation/CPU/UEC/Other equivalent result;
- c. Certified true copy of the applicant’s Diploma / Advanced Diploma from a College/Institution/Polytechnic or a fully/partially completed degree from other University/University College.
- d. Certified true copy of the applicant’s Identity Card;
- e. Certified true copy of the MUET result (This is compulsory when applying for the Bachelor Degree in Accounting programme)
- f. 1 copy of the applicant’s passport-sized photograph.
- g. Certified true copies of any Certificates or Awards;
- h. If the applicant is still awaiting the formal release of any Certificates or Awards, please acquire and submit a Confirmation of Graduation Letter/Completion Letter as prove of achievement and completion.
- i. All other relevant information or and materials from SPM onwards articles which may be related to your application with UCSF.

5) What are the minimum requirements for entry into UCSF Diploma Programmes ?
The General Minimum Entry Requirements to UCSF Diploma Programme are as defined below. Please note, certain programmes may have additional requirements. Please consult the programme page for more details.
- a. Pass SPM with 3 credits (certain programmes would require a credit in certain specific subjects); OR
- b. Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 3 subjects; OR
- c. O-Level with credit in 3 subjects; OR
- d. Other equivalent qualifications approved by UCSF Senate.
6) What are the minimum requirements for entry into UCSF Bachelor Degree Programmes ?
The General Minimum Entry Requirements to UCSF Degree Programme are as defined below. Please note, certain programmes may have additional requirements. Please consult the programme page for more details.
- a. Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with minimum grade C (NGMP 2.00) in 2 subjects (certain programmes would have higher requirements, e.g. criteria on MUET score and credit/passes in specific subjects); OR
- b. Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in 5 relevant subjects; OR
- c. A-Level with minimum 2 passes in the relevant subjects; OR
- d. Other equivalent qualifications approved by the UCSF Senate.
7) Can a Diploma holder apply for admission into UCSF Bachelor Degree programmes?
- - Yes, as long as the Diploma programme is in a relevant field of discipline and recognised by MQA (Malaysia Quality Agency). If it is not in the same field, the applicant may submit their Diploma for consideration in a case-to-case basis. All qualified Diploma holders may be admitted with credit transfer/recognition by UCSF Senate.
8) When is the next intake?
- - UCSF has 3 intake per year, i.e. in September, February and July. For applicants with Diploma, they may apply to enter our July semester as advanced students.

9) Does UCSF provide accommodation for new students?
- - Yes. One may apply to stay at UCSF Hostel
10) Are there any scholarships and financial aid available for new students?
- - Yes. Please check out our webpage on Financial Aid
11) Do I need to submit the Health Examination Report?
- - Yes. The Health Examination Report is compulsory for all NEW students. The health examination can be performed in any private or government clinics. The completed Health Examination Report Form must be submitted during the 1st Week of the semester.
